The scope of Solar Energy 2017is to bring the advancements in the field of renewable energy, solar energy, and green energy.

Depletion of our non-renewable resources and severe requirement of energy in coming days,  it is very  important for the people to move towards renewable sources of energy like wind, hydropower, biomass and tidal. Solar energy is the most widely used renewable energy source. The use of this solar energy will not show any negative impact on the environment. The main benefit of solar energy is that it can be easily deployed by both home and business users as it does not require any huge set up like in case of wind or geothermal power. Solar cells are used to transform the solar energy to useable electricity. These solar cells are typically in the form of panels that are fixed so that the face of the cells is in the direction of the sun to capture the most rays possible. In recent times, the use of solar energy is extensively being used and in future it will be the best replacement and alternative for traditional energy sources. High cost and availability of sunlight during daytime only are the only disadvantages of solar energy.

Why it’s in Madrid, Spain:

Madrid is the largest and capital city of Spain and which it was surrounded with many universities, association & societies and government bodies. The Spanish National Research Council (Spanish: Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, CSIC) is the largest public institution dedicated to research in Spain and the third largest in Europe. Its main objective is to develop and promote research that will help bring about scientific and technological progress, and it is prepared to collaborate with Spanish and foreign entities in order to achieve this aim. CSIC plays an important role in scientific and technological policy, since it encompasses an area that takes in everything from basic research to the transfer of knowledge to the productive sector. Its research is driven by its centers and institutes, which are spread across all the autonomous regions. CSIC has 6% of all the staff dedicated to Research and Development in Spain, and they generate approximately 20% of all scientific production in the country.

International Conference on Green Energy & Expo (Green Energy - 2015) was held during September 21-23, 2015 at Orlando by Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, USA. OMICS Group has taken the privilege of felicitating Green Energy-2015 Organizing Committee, Editorial Board Members and Keynote Speakers who supported for the success of this event.

The esteemed guests, Keynote speakers, well-known researchers and delegates shared their innovative research and vast experience through their fabulous presentations at the podium of grand Green Energy -2015. We are glad to inform that all accepted abstracts for the conference have been published in OMICS Group Journal of Fundamentals of Renewable Energy and Applications.
